At Tobii Dynavox Global, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
